Evening garden party attire. The theme is “Jardin de Rosas”
Are men allowed?
Yes, men are allowed. Men have mamas they’d like to celebrate, too! They can also be in support of quality maternal care!
3. Do I need to come with my mom/tia/abuela?
No, you can also come on your own!
4. Is this event only for Dominican moms?
No, we’re celebrating all the mamas!
5. Why are we supporting the Maryam Clinic?
Simple. Because we believe that our communities deserve access to dignified and quality birth care. Black and indigenous people are 2-3 times more likely to die from pregnancy-related complications than their white counterparts. We’re committed to supporting pathways to end these disparities and provide quality maternal care for all.
